Default What is HLR4 or HLR5?

Just upgraded iPhone and store gave me the HLR5 nano sim by mistake, I had to go back and get the HLR4 nano sim (three network)
Does anyone know what the difference is?

Tia

HLR stands for home location register. Not really sure what the number refers to, but could be as simple as pay as you go versus contract.
