a poll would only tell you how many in a particular county or region and not who lived where .. also some counties are quite large ..

a Google map easy, simple to use and perfect for the job, you can also add profile info and pictures that you want to share .... all voluntary of course, some will never use.

Methinks young JAWS did this on the BIRD forum? don't think it transferred over to the new site though. (it's hardly a new site now of course but it was at the time LOL)
