John, it's more about not offending sensibilities...

s'pose it depends on how much one values one's other half.

Oi. I have had that task from day one, thanks Jim, as well as the washing up!!! Generally do the emptying really early morning though, when most others are still in lala land .

We were in Spain in Jan/Feb and we came off the scooter. I cracked a rib and Jane made me sit in the chair and rest. Ah bless made me feel really bad seeing her empty the toilet /waste and running up and down with the watering cans. But it is nice to see they can manage on their own. Next lesson is to see if she can do all the driving. Bob.

I do the bog, and the fresh water and all the cooking. She (who must be obeyed) keeps the inside of the van spotless, does all the laundry and assorted other jobs. It's a fair trade if you ask me!
Anyway I wear the trousers in my van (the wife told me I could put that in).

So that's why men get married in black ! So they can empty the black tank!

A bit like why do women get married in white???

Wait for it

Because then they match the fridge, washing machine, dish washer etc

Now retiring to a bunker to avoid all the flack

Don't mean it really

Regards Pat

Red face toilet emptying

I was told about a man in a Kontiki arriving at an MCC Rally, being parked up by the steward, later on complained to the steward that he had been parked in an
area which smelt, upon asking him to let him look in his van the steward said that he recognised the smell and opened the bathroom door where he found the shower tray full of liquid. The steward told the man that he needed to empty his cassette whereon the man said no he didnt as it was an electric flush, he was told he did, its an electric flush he insisted and so didnt need to empty anything, He said he only have the van for 3 weeks and hadnt emptied anything as it was an electric flush. The steward in desperation said where do you think the waste goes, I dont know cause its an electric flush, he was then told in no uncertain terms that he must open the locker to the cassette in an area far away from the rest of the rally and empty his cassette, as that was the cause of the smell. He jumped into his van and drove off the rally and hasnt been seen since.
