Default More TOILET stuff .......

So then, after all the poo banter............ I thought I might ask a few other questions.

What about using Ecover Laundry Bleach? Their website says it is safe for septic tanks...

http://www.ecover.com/GB/EN/products...undry%20Bleach

Or what about Ecover Washing Up Liquid? (same again)

Thoughts anyone??

(still bucking at the thought of pure poo )

I've a fosse septique in France and I just use regular washing up liquid and laundry detergent. Never caused a problem. Just never put bleach into a fosse.

In the Motorhomes cassette toilet I put Asda's cheapest bio washing powder, just over a quarter cup scoop. Works perfect.y and a 1 box lasts at least 3 weeks, usually about 4.
