Help - Knaus Dealer Required in France

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know where there is a Knaus dealer located near Rochefort or Cognac in France. We seem to have a slight problem with our habitation door. It's all locked up & won't unlock or open.

I've tried to get a list of dealers but it all comes up in French, don't understand a thing it says

Anyway if anyone can help we would be very grateful

These people are in Rochefort and sell camping cars and have a Knaus for sale I don't know whether they do repairs but there must be someone on site who does they seem to have a branches at Angouleme and La Rochelle:

Here's the Knaus listof distributors in France. I had a look at our Knaus manual and was surprised to find that no list of Dealers and their addresses were included in the manual.

You'll have to check which one is close to Cognac.

We managed to locate a dealer in Bordeaux as the one near Rochefort stopped becoming a Knauss dealer 2 years ago.

Hopefully when we get there this afternoon they can help.
