Default Ronde van Vlaanderen Easter Sunday

Anyone going to watch this? We are in the vicinity over Easter staying at Ypres (Leper)on Friday and Saturday. We were hoping to head for warmer weather but the forecast does not look too good anywhere.

We will be there. It's our first ever trip in the MH so very excited. We are leaving Thursday for De Haan for 1 night and then staying at a campsite in Greaardsbergen for 3 nights. We plan on cycling to Ronse to watch the race on the Sunday. We are then going to try Liege, Luxembourg and Revin in France before heading for the Paris-Roubaix race the following weekend.

You will enjoy it. We are going to try to get to one of the cobbled sections in Oudenarde. They are laying on free buses for spectators. Also beer tents

Mel, We are staying at a campsite called Ter Duinen in De Haan, they take camping cheques, page 157 of the CC book. Only for 1 night.

Sonja, we are hopefully going to be in Oudenaarde on the Saturday and may head back there after the race Sunday. As we have never been before we are going to see what pans out.

Just noticed the Sheffield connection, my hubbie is an escapee from Woodhouse, Sheffield. He can't believe how much warmer it is "down south"
