What makes a " proper " funster?

What makes a " proper " funster?
Can you explain in 10 words or less what makes a ' proper ' funster.
Philcott has achieved it and knows what a proper one is, anybody else got a view?

Anyone who has paid a ten pound sub and has travelled all the way to Portugal with Fray Bentos (no Kidney or chicken) Pies for me is a proper Funster in my book...
