Thanks. Think I might market them, would need to be labeled though, or maybe branded with a yellow smiley!!

You could be onto a real money spinner, call them "Bottle Sox" complete with yellow smiley. Market them yourself and watch the sales take off

Damn. I've been throwing all of my old socks out.
What a waste of a great idea.

Just think of the possibilities if you market them.
Mug sox, jamjar sox, condiment sox.
What about a "six pack " sox for keeping beer cans in to stop them rattling round the fridge !

Get knitting and get yourself round to the patents office pretty pronto.
