Yippee - away to warmer climes. (1 Viewer)

As some of you know I was waiting for a hospital appointment and wasn't sure if we could get away this winter. At first we were given 15th Jan, but this broke the winter too much, so I rang and got it put back til 5.3.14 (the latest appointment I could get).

We are now 'in the mood' and can't wait to go, probably 3rd/4th December til end of February. May even make it to Morocco.

Have a fabulous time. Hope delaying your appointment wont cause you problems later. You never know you might be able to get a cancellation and have it all over and done with before going away.

I will be thinking of you all nice and warm and having fun, whilst I sit here in the freezing cold. Another few years and we will be able to join you all

If you are heading through France you'll be welcome to stopover at Parc Verger. Today was lovely, blue sky and sunshine, though a bit cool. We have half as dozen guests on site, some en route south and some heading for the UK. The latter have come from Spain, and were saying how pleasant it is here with no midges or flies, apparently they had real problems in Spain, so remember to pack the flykiller and anti-midge cream!
