Congratulations, Frankie.:party2:

Record time I hear for registering an English motorhome in France was 33 months so yours was super quick.

Happy travelling.

BTW , don't get your tyres changed in the UK ! Most of them are not accepted as proper ones here, just come along with old ones!
We can manage to meet up may be and have a good chat about all this ::bigsmile: (with a glass or 2.....or 3 as Old Mo would say :winky:)

Thanks for the info Frankie, we're sailing from Melbourne to Rotterdam in August and will be reunited with Jinksy in October. He's in the Auvergne and we are planning to head to Portugal and Morocco for the winter so I'm hoping that Toulouse is on the way - no maps out here on the bay where we are now and hopefully we can do Old-Mo proud on the beverage stakes. Planning to buy a house in the Auvergne region as soon as the right one comes up so no rush really, either with the purchase or the transfer on to French plates although I don't fancy having to pay Down Under Insurance too many more 1400 Pounds premiums after this upcoming one.
Once again thanks for your help and bonne route to you and Max.

So that is three more people able to put food on the table for their children?

And if there are 4 people doing the job of 1 shouldn't it get done a bit quicker?

Once again I am confused...

... but happy...

My Princess can go motorhoming.

I love it when a plan comes together!

Oh dear ..... Heard of some Christmas list? Never? Don't worry then, you won't hear about it now:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: You're already off !

As for going to the UK ...I still have the same problem : Not enough days off . I have 25 working days off/year, and I will use 18 I think to go to Portugal in August. Then my children will be BOTH with me at Christmas , so I have to save 2 or 3 days for them ....
See what's left? I don't even know if I'll be able to take Max out as I work as well on week ends!!!! So going to the Uk is just not do-able:Sad:
