    I have just cancelled a booking at the Yelloh campsite in St. Emilion, France. They insist that I pay the full amount before I arrive!
    This booking was for Mid-September, so they must be doing very well to be prepared to turn away business during the "shoulder" season.
    I suggest if any of you are looking at France as a destination, you should consider the Yelloh chain as being "uncooperative".

    That's amazing - we do not even ask for a deposit unless a specific pitch is requested! Even then the deposit is deducted from the first bill.
