Word Lens on iPad (1 Viewer)

Has anyone else got problems with the above?

After running perfectly for several weeks it now opens then immediately closes again. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but, as the reinstall is from the cloud, I get the same problem.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Any ideas on how to restore to health. Downloading again from Cloud just reintroduces the problem?

Will try downloading direct from App Store.

Doesn't work.

Even via the App Store it still downloads from cloud and replicates the problem.

How can I bypass the cloud and do a new install?

Hi

I have had the same problem and found a solution. Go into settings and scroll down until you find the Word Lens app. Go into it and make sure the camera is turned on. This should cure the problem. Hope it does!!!
