I would like to hear your views on wireless reverse cameras. The camera on my my hobby has stopped working, i have fitted a new monitor but to no avail. So it would be the quickest and cheapest option to fit a wireless system.
Thanks guys JohnM.

Some people have reported problems with loss / break-up of signal between the front and back. Generally, the wired camera system is regarded as more reliable.

Wired clearly is best though I have had success with wireless ones too.

The cameras are quite cheap on ebay why not try just changing the camera before going down the wireless route. The wiring is probably the least likely bit to fail unless it has been strapped to the exhaust system.

Wireless one here, had it for years without any great problem. The picture sometimes wobbles but nothing that causes me any problems.

I recall reading on here of someone who couldn't understand why the wireless reversing camera he had was showing a view that didn't look right as he manouvered onto his pitch. He realized it was being overridden by the signal from the next motorhome! Must be rare but presumably can happen.
