wire out from solar panel controller (1 Viewer)

Is it safe to pop a Wire back in that's come out of our controller for our solar panel without taking a fuse out.
I can't find the fuse for the controller. We didn't put it in and we have no info on it. Thanks

cover the panel with a dark cloth and you should be ok, or to be sure use cover then disconnect at battery, then refit wire,

Ok. We covered solar panel and replaced wire. All ok now. Thanks
