Windows, not on the comp (1 Viewer)

I went to open the windows to air my MoHo out today, and admittedly I haven't opened them for some time but I found that the black neoprene or whatever that black spongy round stuff is made of was sticking to the Perspex window.
What is the recommended stuff to use on them to stop this happening in the future.
Thought of a few things but want expert help thanks

No idea but I've never ruined anything with a squirt of WD40

I wouldn't use WD40, it can cause dirt to stick to the rubber, it's messy and cause ugly black streaks..

rather use silicone spray, it can be found in any auto shop
