windows 7 is not saving my log in details for sites even though I tell it to, an ideas anyone.

there does not seem to be a seperate switch for cookies in internet options/advanced

Ther is somewhere Roger, in Firefox it is in tools.

Have you got private browsing enabled?

I use window's 8,might be similar way to get to the various cookie options ;
click on tools button, then internet options, click privacy tab then advanced at this point there are several options on how to deal with cookies etc.

Buy a mac....

I know it doesn't help but windows has gone down hill since XP

Which browser are you using I Find google Chrome seems the best on my PC's
