A few weeks ago there was a post about the suitability of the Sedbergh to Hawes road, we used it at the start of our recent trip to France. The road is narrow but not bad except for one tree on a tight left hand bend. Because of that tree I have just spent three hours polishing scratches off the nearside windows, got the paintwork to do next.
