What a fascinating website! From the pictures, the answer to the original question is no, it doesn't have an Alko chassis.
Not sure if this helps, but having driven only two motorhomes - one with, and one without an Alko chassis - I would always choose the latter over the former for a much smoother and more stable ride, better handling and less roll on roundabouts. I do make sure the grease points are attended to every year and I think that as long as this is done regularly there should be no trouble.
The downside is that they are expensive to replace if they do break.
