Is there anywhere to wild camp for a night in Durham, I have a wedding to go to and only need somewhere to park for the night.

park in the hotel car park. get there early, in the evening ask at reception what time breakfeast is and how much it will be as we will be staying in your carpark.!!!
thats what we do. havnt had any problems so far. 3 wedding this year so far.

Good tactic! I'll use that! Did you pay up front or just blag them you'd give the money over in the morning?

I used to park my car in pub carparks when I was contracting a few years back and commuting into Neath daily, never had to pay a penny
