Why n1 vehicle category when mvm is 5.2ton (1 Viewer)

We have a Fiat ducato tag axle x minibus. Motor caravan on the v5c.
I am a little confused as the vehicle category is N1. But the GVW or MVM is 5.2ton.

Me thinks it should be M1 even when first registered if it was, as you say x minibus ie passenger carrier

• Category M1: Vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers and comprising no more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat.
• N categories are Goods Vehicles if the catagory had been mixed up it should be a M2 due to its weight
• and I note that N is next to M on the keyboard maybe just fat finger syndrome
