Who do people use to arrange full time insurance .We know of comfort but would like to compare.

Just got off phone from CCC insurance services who have just sent our renewal.Told them of our plans to rent out and they said just as long as I change the policy address to our sons then cover would remain the same .If its so simple then why is there "fulltime insurance policies.
