Been looking at various windbreaks and cant make my mind up on which one to buy

Looked at the Isabella and the Coveva ones both nice Coveva one had poles to support it in very windy conditions, just wondered what you all have and why you picked it

Jormax windbreaks are very good, particularly if you have a dog, very sturdy when put together and you can even have a gate so it can be fully enclosed

Friends of ours have the Coveva and are very pleased with the quality, build and it does hold up well in really windy conditions. There's is quite large with a gate, etc to contain the dog.

We have the jormax enclosure with the skirt too, fairly quick to put up, but like everything, not cheap:(

Windbreakleisure. I have had mine seven years and its as good as new, easy to put up, very strong for manic pets and really does resist heavy winds, dries in minutes after rain.

We bought a Jormax. They are a bit pricey but well worth the spend.

The coveva one is virtually bomb proof and dog proof. We have survived several Algarve winter gales with one and their service is excellent. All parts are available as spares, and because no poles have to be driven into the ground as they are nailed down easier to set up. also because the panels are rigid before you put them up setting up in strong winds is easier. Definitely the best

Agree with Jormax too - quite pricey - especially the postage - so I would recommend buying from a show if you can.

Lol we have a seaside stripey one, that's cut down so that our dog cannot see over it but we can to be sociable, a Gelert 4 sections one and a curved posh one, these are mainly used for BBQ protection.

Jormax . by a country mile. No need for all those additional support poles, it can be put up and taken down in minutes. Ours are years old and look great (y)

As everyone says Jormax but ask yourself what you want it for. I get it for a pet enclosure but we bought one after reading and researching lugged it round France for 3 months and never took it out of the bag!

Given that they are quite heavy my advice would be just be sure you really need one before jumping in! No question about the quality.

can you use these on a hard standing pitch? sorry if i sound stupid, but total newbie
From the Jormax website -:

The poles are manufactured from a high quality strong aluminium with a hardened tip. This means they can even be used on most hard standings. They are tough enough to be hammered into the ground but flexible enough to survive strong winds and return to their original shape.
