A good few years ago in France (I'm pretty sure it was approaching Rheims), I saw a set of very similar signs (180 degree opposed) with one labelled "Toutes Directions", and the other "Autres Directions".

You can imagine the conversation when I asked the navigator (SWMBO) which way I should take.
