    Hi All
Could anyone help with a site for adults only with EHU and showers within 35 miles of La Rochelle preferably along the coast or within walking distance of the sea front

    thank you

How about the Ile de Re? About 15-20 miles from the centre of La Rochelle. Only catch is you have to pay a 16 Euro toll to get onto the island via the road bridge. Lovely spot though.

There's a two star municipal we've used inside the walls of at Saint-Martin-de-Re which isn't adults only but it doesn't have any kiddie facilities so you don't see lots of families there.

There's quite a few other sites on the island as it's a popular tourist spot.

There's buses to La Rochelle if you need to commute back and forth - saves on re-paying the bridge toll.

Just echoing what has been said, could not go to La Rachele without visiting Ile' de rae, a beautiful place with miles of cycle ways traffic free.

you will find 3 sites in Châtelaillon-Plage.
A Direct Bus route into La Rochelle for 1 Euro
There is also a train station linking most of the atlantic coast.
    3 Aires
One behind the tourist information office.
    One oposite the train station.
and one next to the sports centre.
all had spaces in the height of season last year.

Small Market town with weekly markets.
