Proper conufused about my pressures.
4250kg max gross weight, have Michelin camper tyres fitted.
Can anybody help with what the pressure should be please
as when inflated to what the Fiat sticker says they look a bit too low to me so shoved more in as stated on wall of tyre, now they are ROCK HARD
The pressure on side wall is the max you are meant to inflate to.

Yup ... now put 'him' to shame and go and play with it yourself on the camper ... he won't be able to resist 'showing' you how to do it! (y)

We found that most of the 12 volt compressors would take 15 mins+ to get a camper tyre to inflate from 70psi to 80 psi and would last only a couple of times before burning out. Yes the they will inflate to 300psi if you were pumping up a tennis ball but a large 15/16 inch tyre takes a lot of air.

I managed to blow them up to 70 psi as specified on the cab door. Both of the rear ones were 60 psi so didn't take too long to get to 70.
Had to take the hub caps off to do it. Now I've done it once I'll be happy to do it again. I've done it with cars in the past but as we are in spain I was afraid that I'd let them down and would have to call breakdown. My Spanish not too good. Terry watched and put the cable ties back on so one for women's lib! !!
