What's this????

    It might be really obvious to many people, but what is this socket for? It's alongside our 3 pin sockets in kitchen area in Bing, a Burstner Argos 747-2.
    Any ideas??

    Looks like it could be a 12 volt DIN socket
    If it is they provide a much better connection than the cigarette lighter type.

    almost certainly as above, plugs / leads available from most accessory shops or on line, its like a 3/4 sized cigarette lighter connection (y)

    I asked the same question a few weeks ago as we were stumped too! Its a Hella socket. You can get various connectors for it - I bought mine on Amazon.

    Get one with a USB port so that you can download a massive amount of music onto a memory stick.(y)

    Why have a separate radio just fit a decent stereo in in the dash you will get a much better sound providing you have good speakers.

    It's the creepy computer eye which tells you it can't open the hab door to let you in because it thinks you'll endanger the mission.
