It didn't look like this in the NEC!

Its one of 3 spots where it can go! We are thinking of buying some honey comb lawn protector, but will wait until the mh arrives, we can play around where to park up.

The gatepost at the edge of the image is going to be moved to where the little palm tree is. This will give us a 5m entrance. We have until march to sort things out.

From the pictures it kinda looks like a back garden rather than a front.. But now I see the road etc.. Excellent !!
Do make sure you have room to swing in and out is all I would say :)

Here is an image looking out of the gate, a bit of bush trimming is in order!

We have drawn scale size plans and allowed for a 13m turning circle. It should reverse in nicely!

Watch that the trees don't brush the side when parked

Cannot really see the size of the road but looking at the area you have marked out the van is a proper one ( i.e. big ! )
I reckon you are gonna end up removing both the tiny palm thing on the left as well as the medium palm on the right as well as the gate post, to give enough room to swing in and out

Hi guys
I would just trim the shrubbery backon the left hand side of the pic. By the look of it it will give you a fair bit more room

Remember to allow for any slopes and the swing on the back end. The 700 has a long overhang so you need watch out for both of above.
