What is this called, and where can I get a new one? (1 Viewer)

Hi All

One of my engine cover catches has come off! See piccie (the keyhole half is still in the engine cover). It's corroded through on the thread, and snapped off when I tried to lock the engine cover back on. oh:

So I could do with a replacement.

2 questions: what is the correct name for this thing, so I know what I'm asking for?

and what is the best kind of place can I buy such a thing?
