what are the flat sprung screw retaining things called , fit over a piece of plastic and screw goes through the hole in the middle, i thought it was a lug but can't find anything, its for one of the 2 screws on fuse cover on ducato

The OP wants the external circlips that hold in the screws for the fuse cover on latest Ducato, I think

So what are the retaining circlips called for the internal (cab) fuse cover called then?

They are not normal circlips, seem to be inverted
