When I removed a panel in our van recently to look for some wiring, I discovered a hair brush and gas powered straighteners. Before you all try to claim them they are in the post on the way to their rightful owner.

What have you found??

I found a silk negligee down the back of a drawer. I'd had the van 10 years and wondered why the drawer randomly opened when I was driving :)

4 cans of old speckled hen, and before you all try to claim them, they were delicious!

I know there is a small (cheap) LED torch down the side of my fridge. I dropped it when I was checking the 12V supply to the terminal block on top of the fridge and decided it was not worth taking the fridge out to retrieve the torch!
The torch battery has failed now although I could see a ghostly light at the bottom of the fridge at night for a few months after the 'accident'.

There was an old sock (was a clean one) and a instruction manual on silver screens which unfortunately weren't included.

I found a load of stuff recently as I had to completely empty it for its habitation check. Thought it would be a good idea to have a sort out before putting it back - but hey all I found was a box of drinking straws and 2 small plastic storage boxes. That will make a difference - I don't think!!

7 years followed by a break of 11 years and then 4+ years but given up now
Not in the van, but in the narrowboat we bought twelve years ago - a tube of Viagra tablets that the previous owner had received by post from, I think, America. We suspected that he used the boat as a love nest, and his wife wouldn't get into the boat as she was disabled. (That is the yarn he told us when we bought said boat.) First thing we did was change the name of the boat as the one it had was "personal" to the previous owners.

Can I borrow it?

Is it any good? ;)

The worst thing was we only found it when we were trying to get the tv/DVD to work. A couple that were camping next to us (who we didn't know) had come in to offer their assistance and before we knew it we heard some dodgy elevator music, the screen flicked on and there it all was! So embarrassing but gave us al, a good laugh!:X3:
