    Just sorting out our Autocruise Accent to go to France and my OH found this on the fresh water tank, we have only had the van 10 days. What do you think it is?

    Someone has insulated (lagged) the tank to try to stop it freezing in cold weather.

    Could be a lot neater and more effective, but it will delay your water tank freezing a little in very cold weather. Of course, all the water in that white uninsulated elbow will freeze first......

    I wouldn't want the previous owners wrapping any presents for me!
