I relax by either doing something really active and hard work or by doing absolutely nothing. I enjoy great walks with my dogs, hiking, hot yoga and cycling or by total contrast when the weather is good sitting on a riverbank with a great bottle of wine, selection of cheeses, fresh bread and fruit.

Hi.
Striking off, down a lane/across a field/through a wood/along a deserted beach, which ever is to hand, with a biddable dog (Have to borrow one at the moment). The miles and time, just slip away under your feet, i read a bit ago,how people who walk with dogs, see a lot more, because they are sort of watching through the dogs eyes as well, seeing what has drawn the dogs attention and for obstacles in the dogs way. So relaxing,i was stood on a little bridge over a river out with "Wilf the Wolf" our dog ,and Steve Allsopp,(Proper Allsopp,Two L's and Two P's :ROFLMAO: ) and his two dogs Gemma and Jody, when floating down, stood on a pallet, came a Stork, chance in a million ?

Lawn bowls and beer for me, a few indoor bowls games through the winter to keep my hand in, and planning more trips away.

All work and no play made Jack a dull boy, all play and no work makes Jack a mere toy; semi-retired in 09/10, seeking relaxation with a leggy, thin, young mistress, won't hold my breath then... :)
