never forget my 2 year old daughter gobbling up crepe e'scargot in Brittany while the waitress fed our one year old his meal, allowing us to have our meal. Wow, service. Also we now know too look out for le Routiers restaurants with lots of lorries parked outside at lunchtime. All you can eat starter buffets with traditional mains for 11 euros and 1ltr bottles of wine on table. Designated driver required!

Leffe, Kronenbourg, & 33 Export beer. Also a box of St Omer beer to try but I don't like it much. Also some Belgian Trappiste beers.

Tinned sardines & mackerel, cheap long life olives, a bunch of garlic, Haribo World Mix (only available in France).

We went easy on the wine as the shed's still fairly full from the previous trip, but I'll normally go for any grape variety we like that's got a gold or silver award sticker on the bottle.
