I would like to run a two Leisure battery system but when I last bought a new 110 ah battery, the supplier did not have the lower height battery <18.5cm to fit in the front space. Does anyone know of a suitable battery that is either 110 or 100 ah to pair either with my present battery or to make up as a pair. My van is a typical 2009 Fiat 2.3.

There are several made in the same size as the 80Ah Exide Gel that used to be fitted by German manufacturers where height was an issue. They are 353mm long by 175mm wide by 190mm high.
The Varta LFD90 is this size but that is a 90Ah battery and is a wet lead-acid. Do you want a wet lead acid, gel or AGM type?
If you contact Battery Megastore in Tewksbury, they will be able to give you advice.

Thank you David. It does seem a little odd to provide good space for one battery and then raise the floor just a little so that a smaller battery sits in the second space. I guess I may have to fit two smaller (95ah) batteries although I would have wished for two 110 ah batteries. However I have just won a prize from a battery supplier of ÂŁ200, so may leave it to them to fit whatever is most suitable.
