Trying to sell my house and today's viewing is 45 minutes late! Sat nav has taken her to the wrong village! Every time someone comes to view and there hasn't been that many I have to spend hours doing housework, making coffe, baking bread and lighting fires. I wish someone would hurry up and make an offer just to get my stress levels down!

Ive only ever had to sell one house and that was 19 years ago.

During that time we had lots of viewings, we used to clean and tidy the house, bake bread, make coffee etc etc etc..... they would come round, look, and move on.

Then we had a phone call from the agent saying could we do a viewing in 10 mins time. The house was a mess, curry from the night before etc etc etc.

Yep she bought it, loved it and agreed asking price there and then. oh:

all those useless hours spent on house work

Calm down, people are coming to view, that alone is an excellent sign. You've a property worth seeing at an attractive price.
