Wetherby Racecourse - close sites? (1 Viewer)

We are trying to find a site within 15 miles or less from Wetherby Racecourse, have tried all the CC sites for the 11th and 12th May and they are all full:Sad:
Does anyone know of any little hidden gems that are within easy striking distance of the racecourse. There is a French property show on and we thought we would try to get down for a look.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated, thanks in advance:thumb:

Is York any use ? it's fairly close to wetherby, check out the distance and if it's any good p/m me I know a couple of places that would be ok

Try Bishopthorpe a cracking CL Site in a lovely village , good pubs and a very good Bus Service into York. Its at the top of the Village over the Train Bridge.

There is a C&CC site at Borobridge around 10/15 miles North of Wetherby have you tried that..I realise it's not CC but that's my twopennorth..

Or you could try this link http://www.ukcampsites.co.uk It may throw up some sites that fit the criteria...
