Any one whose traveling North/South in the West of France will by now know its blowing a Gale, and very blustery. Any one whose thinking of doing this trip beware!! Its expected to continue at least through the night. I was just dashing out to recuperate the garden furniture that has all ended up at against the garage, when I saw it flash passed in the opposite direction

You ex-pats have gone soft. I'm staying near Tenby tonight and in the early hours of tommorow it is forecast for a gale, 19 m/s and no more than 8C according to one website. The Imperial BBC still uses mph and suggest 43 mph and just 4C. It was blowing over fifty during the week, but it was warmer then.

Brrr, should have stayed at home.

Yep still openBroken Link Removeduntil tomorrow, we're all there over the weekend draining and closing every thing down for winter. all the usual's will be turning up to drain what grub an beer stock is left, this could be painful

Glad we are in a hotel in Portugal nice and sunny. Morning walk on beach afternoon round pool and swimming in indoor pool.
