Hello,

I've got 2 weeks off over Easter - fancy going up to Scotland again, went to Mull the year before last and loved it - where do you lot think is realistic & best to get round in that limited amount of time in the more "reachable" (for a Sassenach) parts of the West Coast?

Will be travelling from the Midlands, with kids, so it will be campsites more than wilding and not wanting to spend every day moving between sites - probably 2 or 3 main stops of 3 or 4 nights each once we're up there, plus an overnight stop each way to break the main journey up.

The West coast of Scotland is quite long so depending what part you mean, most when they say the West coast mean Oban area and above.
If you fancy a shorter drive then try Dumfries and Galloway, it has some of the best beaches in Scotland, loads of wildlife for the kids to see and it's a lot quieter and cheaper than further north
