I have suspected for a little while that uninvited, asylum seekers have been eyeing up my Wagon.

I am sure they are seeking a better life for themselves as the weather gets colder.

During the last two nights I have heard him/her/them having a bit of an explore.

I was taking a break from my work at the computer key board earlier this evening and one of their representatives put in an appearance... on top of the toaster. Very, very cute too.

Already nicknamed Mr Jingle by my French advisor, I now have to decide how long I should allow him/her/them to stay.

Nice to know that my humble Wagon provides attractive winter benefits to others.

Put a Live Capture mouse trap out so you don't get blood everywhere, then drown the little beggar in a bucket of water
You won't be too happy if "Mr Jingle" chews through some wiring :Eeek:

Dixon... you shock me!

I am not going to kill them. :Eeek:

I am banking on there being enough left overs left all over the Wagon to keep them off the wires for long enough for me to find them new quarters.

I mean there are FB pie tins etc etc.

Mind you, I bet Rosie would sort them out.

If you were in this wet and pleasant land you wouldn't have to worry as the law on squatter's rights has now been changed in favour of the house owner.:winky:

Solution:

Drive back to Blighty and read them their rights:ROFLMAO:

I am afraid that Rosie would wreck your van in her mad attempts to catch them. The last mouse she caught, she held under her paw till I got there & then let it go ::bigsmile:

It will soon move on.

You could try one of those 'sonic' devices that emits a sound they don't like (we can't hear it)-------no idea if they work::bigsmile:
When he (she) gets a taste for the insulation on your wiring you won't be quite so happy of the company-------------also they have a habit of inviting all their friends to share your hospitality:cry:

Do they squeak Portuguese :roflmto::roflmto:

A Mr Jingles or even a Miss Jingles on thier own may be alright, but you know how it happens  soon you have a family of little Jingles and ohhh that would not be good.

Best find your little visitor a new Wagon of its own.

Jingle the Christmas Mouse
lives in the kitchen in Santa's house ,
and though they know he's there
nobody seems to care.
He's such a quiet mouse
you'd never know he was in the house.
Even the family cat
has to agree with that.
All year long he practices
lying still, very still
and he doesn't stir until
santa says "okay,
relax, it's christmas day."
And if you're wondering
why does he do such peculiar things?
Just try remembering
these words you've heard before:
"twas the night before Christmas
and all through the house
not a creature was stirring
not even a mouse",
and the mouse who wasn't stirring
was Jingle the Christmas Mouse.
Jingle the Christmas Mouse,
Jingle the Christmas Mouse,
Jingle the Christmas Mouse. ::bigsmile:
