As the heading says, well done to Comfort Insurance and SMC Motorhomes at Newark for turning my repair round so promptly and without fuss. Picked our Frankia up this morning and it looks spot on.

Not quite sure if SMC are as good as people state,,! I have had problems with them,,!
As they have not yet returnd my refund been waiting since July 2016.
All I get is excuses after excuses like in meeting at a show, the guy who deals with
Refunds is on holiday etc,,! We are in october still no refund,,!think twice on SMC

How did you pay as if on credit card then contact card issuer, dont think it is the same though if debit card. All my deposits are paid on credit card just in case there are any unforseen issues. People will probably be a little cautious as this is only your first day here
