Really impressed with this bit of kit recommended by a fellow motorhomer we met at Sandringham CC site last weekend. I only know his first name, Phil and he was towing a smart with an A-frame. Many thanks Phil.

Also impressed with how tidy the smart/A-frame set up was so looking for something similar now as well!

Have you actually bought one yet - have heard mixed reports on them but usually from a friends brother uncle who tried one and did not rate it - a bit like gassing reports.

Would be interested in a genuine first hand users thoughts

£160 for the "orange" unit that weights up to 1,500Kg per wheel (yellow unit only goes up to 1,000kg). No setting up, weighed all 4 corners in less than 1o minutes and have front & rear axles weights, individual wheel weights and total weight.

Well I bought one a couple of years ago and found the readings to be erratic and not accurate, sent it back and got a full refund.

I think something like this was slated by one of FUN's repair guys a while ago. Every reading different as he did weighings.

Don't waste your money totally unreliable and you can get a hell of a lot of proper weighbridge tickets for that amount of dosh.
