Has anyone noticed how the BBC website weather forecast goes awry at the weekend?

We have had strong sun since I got up at 6:30 yet the Leeds weather forecast which had shown unrelenting sunshine through to next week, shows white cloud giving way to sunny intervals at 1500. Clouds forecast all tomorrow and next week?....Not remotely like earlier forecasts.

Do they leave the apprentices to do the weekend forecasts while all the qualified forecasters clear off on Friday night? I've noticed this for some time so it's not a one off occurrence.

We still have the cloud cover on Tees-side. How far it comes in off the sea and how quickly it burns back are notoriously difficult to predict.

Another hot sunny day here in Skyreburn, (see avatar) we've a gentle breeze coming off the sea but it's not even enough to cool you slightly

The BBC forecast for the west coast of Scotland was showing 30 degrees for today, just too hot to do anything There's to be "a change" from the middle of next week.
