As we are getting no use from our RV we have decided to buy yet another caravan and sell the RV.
As it stands its costing me over £800 a year (insurance, tax, MOT) before i even sit in it and cant justify the dead money.
Work is thin on the ground at the moment with no overtime at all, even having some days without work so, even though i have every weekend off at least, i simply cant afford to go anywhere.
At least theres no tax or mot on a tin tent and insurance is optional (still cheaper than the £650 for the RV though) it makes more sense and the car will return around 22mpg towing around 1600kg....more than double the RV mileage.
But you wont get rid of me that easy.
