Two solutions:

1: Stepleadder.

2: Hosepipe.

i fill using a submersible pump and container if no tap close by but....

stratford a couple of years ago....sub pump stopped working and in desperation i removed the 6" screw cap on top of the tank, mine was under the dinette seat, and filled direct from the container into it.

Our Autoquest 100 came with a submersible pump as Johnson mentions and has a socket on the side next to the water filler. I'm surprised your van doesn't have the same as the Avantgarde 200 models used to have a similar arrangement. The socket is the Euro version rather than the usual cigarette lighter one.

We have avantgard 200, do you have a12v connecting point between battery box and loo door like ours ,Wehad similar question answered by funsters,we bought a 12v pump £13, a 12v connector easily wired to the pump £2.80 and a 25l water container £7.99.

Appears nobody has mentioned the watering can yet. I have a submersible pump and an aquaroll but still carry the watering can, fuss free and the multiple trips to the tap must be good exercise.
