Water (tap) Query (1 Viewer)

I have an Ace Milano (2005) rear kitchen layout, the kitchen tap pumps water beautifully BUT the bathroom basin tap pumps the water in bursts, the audio difference is quite noticeable, before i call the company i purchased it from can anyone shed any possible reasons why please?

Second that, air in the system, if the kitchen works ok then its just the pipe work to the bathroom, need to let it run for a while until all the air is out.
