Battery re-charging now but the water pump isn't working. It is making a small buzzing noise but no water is coming through and the wheel isn't moving. Any suggestions before we get a new pump fitted?:Sad:

I had a pump in a caravan that would always, after we ran out of water, get an airlock and stop just like you describe. I was taking it off to bin it, but after undoing the retaining screws I tried it again and it worked. I never did screw it down again properly. Whenever it stopped I would lift one end which would dislodge the air and off it would go.

If it's nice and clean try a gentle tap, and wheel, if you can access a/the moving bit try turning/proding it?

You could try turning on the pump, opening a tap and sucking on the tap to see if you can draw some water through the pump to bleed it of air...
