I'm no expert but check your water tank pump may have come off and be lying at bottom of tank:eek:

It appears your pump has already been replace....but with a different pump.
Though I have to say....I've never seen a pump like that before.
Stick to the one recommended.

Could it be that 2nd pic is of the level sensor? Can you unscrew access hatch and put hand inside to see what is under that top, if a level sensor as we have then there will be 3 or 4 stainless steel rods of different lengths.
Alternatively I could well be talking rubbish.......

Re last picture, Could cable be for power to pump and hose the water outlet? Otherwise a vent/ overflow. Is there not a screw cap for cleaning you can get your hand inside the tank?

That the same as my Burstner Elegance, the round black pic is the level sensor, the pump is inside the tank at the other end of that hose pipe.
Should be an acess 'plug' on the top of the tank big enough (just) to get your hand inside

Follow the wire to a connector, and see if you get power there when you turn a tap on.

A sudden failure like that is just as likely to be an electrical problem as a failed pump.

Have you got power at the pump connection?

Trace the cable on your tank back to the terminal block, put a multimeter across the terminals then get someone to open a tap and see if you read 12 volts.

how would I find out if I have ?

Ideally you would use a multi meter, do you have one ? Failing that you can rig up a 12 volt bulb and two lengths of wire connected to where the pump picks up it's power supply from, but first check the pump fuse is ok and if you have the Reich controller fitted, check you have selected the water pump ON and not to OFF or AUTO.

Just a thought, you said in the first post 'one minute taps were working'. Did you test both sink and bathroom taps and neither activated the pump?
