Water Leak (1 Viewer)

Please advice
Discovered a slight drip when the kitchen sink tap was turned on ,so removed the fridge vent outside to gain access ,red pipe and blue pipe goes into the tap,tried to push the red pipe back and the bloody thing slapped see pictures ,so can someone point me in the right direction to where i can get a replacement + o ring as you can see it was probably the o ring in the 1st place ,

45 degrees are easy, its the U bends that give probs and then there are S bends, even worse

Not a big item ,but you know what they say about little fish to catch big ones ,i think it was your £2.95 postage that swung it for a envelope and a 1st class stamp
