Hello as the title says.

I striped it apart after doing a water pressure test on it as there was water dripping out of the inlet vent to the gas burner, and its cracked where the heat exchanger is so letting water through, not sure if i want to try and repair it, so can anyone suggest a replacement, maybe a better make? thanks

It is quite possible you will not have to replace it.. I have used Atmos Paste with great success .. And it is good for up to a couple of bar pressure too !

Cheers for the reply. I have now decided to have it welded and see if that sorts it out, will save me spending out over £400.

I bought some aluminium "welding" rods off ebay, actually brazing, it's slightly lower melting point than aluminium but bonds to it using a normal blowlamp.
