Just given this web site by a motorhomer staying on the same place as us in Cartagena

You can watch live UK live TV - BBC, ITV etc.. and on demand shows/movies all free.
No VPN needed but you do need wifi obviously.
Don't watch too much tv but like to catch up now & again.
Tried it today & worked fine

If you register (free) it is possible to save an hours programme on their server and then download to your own computer and watch at your leisure. Set up a direct debit of 5 euro's a month and this is increased to 4 hours, once downloaded the allowance starts again.
